I. Introduction:
The X47W-10 oil-sealed plug valve allows fluid to flow straight through with low resistance, and it is convenient and quick to open and close. The plug valve is mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of the medium. It is easy to adapt to multi-channel structures, so that one valve can have two, three, or even four different flow paths, which can simplify the design of the pipeline system, reduce the number of valves, and decrease some connecting fittings required in the equipment. The oil-sealed plug valve is one of the earliest valve types adopted by humans in history. Due to its simple structure, quick opening and closing (the plug only needs to rotate 1/4 turn to complete the opening and closing action), convenient operation, and low fluid resistance, it is still widely used today. At present, it is mainly used in low-pressure, small-caliber, and occasions where the medium temperature is not high. According to the structural characteristics of the plug valve and the functions that can be achieved in design, it can be selected according to the following principles.
